Optional Competitions
Signature trophies
will be awarded to participants who raise money for the
Shrimp Festival. Each signature costs $1.00.
Trophies will be awarded as follows:
25 Signatures - Small trophy
75 Signatures - Medium Trophy
100 Signatures - Large Trophy
An overall trophy will be awarded to the participant who raises
the most money for the festival. The signature page is linked on
the left. You can click the link and then print the page.
Photogenic Competition - Additional fee of $5.00. If you
plan to compete in this category, please submit a recent photo,
no smaller than 5x7 with your application. After the competition
is completed, please pick up your photo at the front of the
auditorium. The judging score in this category is not included
in the final judging. This is a separate category.
Please note: Photos brought the day of the pageant will not be
entered.
An open practice to familiarize yourself with the runway will be
held the day before the pageant from 5pm ~ 6pm at the Fennell
Elementary School, Highway 68, Yemassee, SC
